Jay Rhodes serves on staff as the Integrating Pastor (part-time 25-35 hrs/wk, volunteer).
Jay has undergraduate degrees in Bible, Sociological Socio-psychology, World Religion (Buddhism emphasis), and Professional Philosophy (Nietzsche emphasis). Jay also has an MA is Biblical Studies and an MS in HR and Business.
Jay and his wife live in Texas (with their two sons) where he is participating in a paid fellowship at Texas A&M. Upon completion at Texas A&M, he will come on staff full-time with an additional Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Doctorate in Military Ministry.
As the Integrating Pastor, he oversees the integration of the church’s Biblical mission and vision into the processes of the church. He has a deep desire for the lost to be found (Luke 15), and for the found to live out their calling (Ephesians 4:1) through worship, prayer, Bible study, fellowship, ministry, and evangelism.
