REFIT at FBC

REFIT is a workout you can feel good about! With powerful moves and positive music, you'll discover an inspiring workout that changes your body, mind and soul. This cardio-focused class is effective and FUN -- perfect for beginners and challenging for fitness enthusiasts (which means it's a workout designed for everyBODY!)  

REV+FLOW by REFIT: With functional movements woven into the REV+FLOW format, you'll use (and not lose) the important, lifelong functions that help you stay strong and active. REV+FLOW is a low-impact, high-intensity workout, you'll also increase your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. With REV+FLOW, you'll get a challenging, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, toned, and empowered.  This format provides the opportunity to move the body the way it was designed to move and focuses on functionality and mobility movements.  

*This class utilizes 1–2-pound weights and a yoga mat. Weights are optional and not a requirement.
